We have recently moved to Coffs Harbour from Brisbane. The tyranny of distance did not exist when we needed to communicate with David re the purchase of our property. David was always available whether by phone or in person. We found David to be personable and friendly and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him. His professional approach facilitated a smooth settlement.

I am sorry it took me so long to respond to this email but I only got my internet connected yesterday. Regards Bev Small
We asked David to look out for a type of property in a specific area over 12 months ago. He did & we bought it. Job done! Very happy with that.
From getting an appraisal on our home to the final sale we found David to be friendly courteous and professional. Easy to get in touch with at any time. All our questions and worries were answered promptly. We have no hesitation in recommending David to anyone thinking of selling their home
