To Whom it may Concern I engaged the services of David Beveridge from R & W St Ives for the purpose of selling my house at 6 Awatea Rd, St Ives Chase. The main reason for choosing David was because he had spoken with me at my home while conducting some marketing in our area and although I was not considering selling at that stage he kept in touch and always had a friendly chat if I turned up at an Open House in the area. I was also impressed by his immaculate personal presentation and knowledge of the market. The property went on the market at the beginning of October 2015 and I was very happy with the marketing campaign. A firm offer was made after 3 weeks which David encouraged me to accept. I did a reasonable amount of research when I was looking to select an agent to sell my home. Narrowed it down to two, from separate agencies and interviewed both agents. David came across as very professional and gave a good technical overview of the current market in St Ives and the broader market, in general.
