To Whom it may Concern I engaged the services of David Beveridge from R & W St Ives for the purpose of selling my house at 6 Awatea Rd, St Ives Chase. The main reason for choosing David was because he had spoken with me at my home while conducting some marketing in our area and although I was not considering selling at that stage he kept in touch and always had a friendly chat if I turned up at an Open House in the area. I was also impressed by his immaculate personal presentation and knowledge of the market. The property went on the market at the beginning of October 2015 and I was very happy with the marketing campaign. A firm offer was made after 3 weeks which David encouraged me to accept. I was travelling overseas and declined the offer. I'm sure that disappointed David but he continued to work hard at following up contacts etc. Following his advice to put an advertised price on the house three weeks later we had a very satisfactory situation of two buyers competing for the purchase of the property. It is important to note that this sale took place when the Real Estate market was slowing down in Sydney from the peak in July, 2015.
