It was indeed a pleasure dealing with David. We found him to be extremely professional, efficient, communicative and charming. He advised us on how to prepare the house for the sale. The fact that he was able to obtain a price far in excess of our expectations is a testament to his knowledge and ability.

We were completely satisfied with David. He is the consummate professional in his chosen field of Real Estate. Great communicator, very human and yet completely focussed on the task. Very highly recommended.

I can't say enough about David. He made the sale of my house as painless as possible. Nothing was too much trouble for him - from meeting with the stylist, to being there when various people needed access to the house and of course being a presence on open days. He was in regular contact with me throughout the sale and advised me every step of the way leading to a great result in a short period of time. I would not hesitate to recommend David to anyone.

We highly recommend David. He made the whole experience easy & very rewarding. From the beginning we knew he would achieve a good result for us. We felt comfortable in all our dealings with both David and R&W St Ives. Friends recommended David to us and we will happily recommended him to friends and neighbours. Thanks again Dave.

David and his team made a potentially stressful experience very easy. His professionalism and communication skills are second to none and we achieved a very good result with his guidance and expertise.

Thank you David hope all your clients are as happy as we are, wishing to the very best.

Early in 2014 we undertook to sell the family home of my late aunt in Benaroon Avenue, St.Ives. Doing so from Brisbane we engaged David Beveridge from Richardson and Wrench because he was quick off the mark when we made our initial enquiries, and my wife, also a realtor, knew it was clear by David's manner that he was the agent to go with. The home was sold by auction for a great price but there were complications - my aunt died the day before the auction, and it took another five months before probate was granted, and the house was sold. There were plenty of headaches but the buyer wanted the home and everything was OK in the end, mainly thanks to expert handling of the process by David. We also sold another property from the estate in Westleigh later in the year and had no hesitation in engaging David to undertake this, When you do things from a distance you need some luck and there was no doubt we had a ton of luck finding David. We couldn't have wished for a more professional agent to handle these affairs and I endorse his expertise and professionalism without hesitation. A big thank you David for all you did.
