I did a reasonable amount of research when I was looking to select an agent to sell my home. Narrowed it down to two, from separate agencies and interviewed both agents. David came across as very professional and gave a good technical overview of the current market in St Ives and the broader market, in general. Therefore, was not a difficult decision to choose R&W and David Beveridge. I was not disappointed with my selection. Feedback was constant and my wishes respected.
