David is a pretty easy going agent that doesn't try to oversell a property. He gives you the honest facts without exaggeration or fuss and is easy to deal with. He is friendly and likeable and I would be happy to deal with him again.

While the bubble of the property market did see lot people in industry act more akin to a shady used car salesmen; David is clearly not of that mould or inkling. I made via phone an inspection for few days later at a time that suited both myself and housemate. I also rang back to verify appointment and to stress a offer would be made unless house was unviable. While the house was in poor shape this was never hidden and was indeed a reflection of nature of sale. After a brief inspection I submitted an offer seeking to be respectful to former owner and myself. David was as asked prepared to go to contract, verified offer available and took time to discuss steps. While I never actually spoke to David much more as it became the realm of solicitors and banks and his office staff I have from the owners side (son acting as proxy) they also where happy his quiet professional manner.
