David's knowledge of the Castle Hill real estate market is outstanding. I took his advice with the preparation of my home and agreed to the full marketing package and it worked, selling before auction for a price that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend David Choy, a job well done!

David was amazing his energy and confidence made a difficult stressful experience easy. He managed to get us a price well above our expectations. In our eyes the greatest agent ever

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the results achieved by David and his team at McGrath with the sale of our family home in Castle Hill, We would have no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone who requires assistance with marketing and sale of their property.

David is the hardest working I know. He is well informed about the Hills and imparts his knowledge and positivity about the area to prospective buyers. He really knows how to sell, pointing out to buyers the best qualities of a property and then works hard to get the best price possible. I would recommend him if you are selling a house in the Hills area.

'If you're with David, you'll be right!' [a friend in Lane Cove]. 'David'll look after you.' [Jess in our local coffee bar] 'David's the best' [me] Same everywhere, Mate!
