David is very professional and hardworking. In my experience I felt like the price guide was unrealistic, therefore I had to do my market research to be prepared for action. During auction I felt like David was pushing too hard and sometimes creating confusion. I just had to stick to my notes and ignored his suggestions.

The property was open for inspection on sat, i went to see on sat, then on sunday, he came over in the evening of Sunday - we negotiated on a price and he brought that to the vendor on monday night and it was accepted. All done within 3 days.
