Best value for money transactions I have ever heard of in the Australian property market with the fees/commissions are significantly less than the other traditional real estate agents yet the quality was never compromised at all. My transaction was completed virtually within 30 minutes of property going into market eg: property sold within the first week of open for inspection. And my representative worked hard to close in the deal within 1st open. Highly recommended and we need more of such service in Australian property market to open up more local competition as the traditional agents charged way too much for the commissions on properties.
