I was very pleased to use Purple Bricks - the service and communication was fantastic very timely and responsive and great value for money. Most definitely a terrific alternative compared to the traditional real estate agent system. The opens were very well received and supported by David Cutler and his team as was the auction with quite a pleasing result. The only downside was fewer auction attendees and bidders than was anticipated which was surprising given the strong number of inspections and engaging interest leading up to the auction. David Cutler was very professional in his approach to us at all times. Any questions we had for him, he answered very promptly and in a timely manner. At first i was sceptical about purple bricks, what don't you get due to the price. I met David at a local McDonalds and over a coffee he showed me not what you don't get but more of what you do get. David was more professional that any other agent, explaining it all in "keeping it real" terms. There were no empty promises nor a unrealistic price for our house.
