We bought our original home from Dave over ten years ago. When we ran into him in Williams Parade it was like a reunion. Dave's nature is open and honest and he goes through the pros and cons with you. Come auction time he lets everyone know he is not going to come around and badger you like every other agent I have ever been in an auction with. He tells you the property will sell you just need to be the top bidder if you can afford it. Its very rare that the buying process is the least stressful part of buying a property but with Dave it pretty much is.
