We would not hesitate to use David Eden again if buying or selling. On our initial meeting with David in 2009 we were so impressed by his personable, friendly and caring nature. Having just sold an apartment in Sydney's Balmoral Beach we were looking to upsize in the Avalon so we could accomodate our growing, young family. We were unfamiliar with real estate and the market on the Northern Beaches and found David's considerable experience and knowledge to be of great value and comfort. We eventually bought a home from him that was the perfect size for us, with great potential to renovate and expand in the future - which we did. This led us to placing the property back on the market just recently (at the end of 2014) as we had found another real estate opportunity which we were pursuing.
