David helped the reviewer sell this property

Honest, reliable, professional, responsive, hard working and knowledgeable.

It was an absolute pleasure working with David on the recent sale of my property. From initial consultation right up-to auction day his knowledge of the local market and current market trends were evident and forthcoming. His no nonsense approach kept me informed at all times and his plain speaking(not always what I wanted to hear but true nevertheless) were invaluable in producing a favourable outcome. I cannot recommend him enough, he works tirelessly throughout the campaign ensuring the best possible marketing approach and his interaction with potential buyers during and after open homes is a credit to him. He is always mindful of both vendor and buyers best interests with his caring approach to all. I was in the position that I placed full trust in David to deliver and followed his guidance throughout and deliver he did!
