I considered 6 agents in the area. They all knew their stuff but David was a no nonsense, clear and direct communicator, I never had to chase him as he gave me clear and direct feedback within hours of every inspection. If you don't need unnecessary spin, David is your man. We are delighted with the outcome he achieved for us.
One of the best agents I have worked with! I would highly recommend David as the Ideal agent to sell your property though.
David exceeded all of our expectations and achieved a high settlement figure. At all times we felt very at ease with David who has a compelling and sincere personality. Many thanks Joyce & Terry
I recently sold my house through Ray White Croydon . David Egan was recommended to me by someone i trust . I am glad i followed their recommendation as David was exactly what i was looking for . Davids' experience , calm , quietly confident personality was soon evident . After introductions were made , discussions involving a detailed strategy were completed . The aim was to achieve a result at the top of the market . Communication after open houses and private inspections were always prompt . A weekly breakdown of interested parties was also presented . This process gave me peace of mind knowing that i was in safe hands . Final negotiations were transparent and smooth . A great result was settled on incorporating price and settlement terms . The time frame of signing on with David to signing the contract of sale was three weeks . I am very grateful to David and his colleagues at Ray White Croydon for the work they have done . Thank you .
After searching for a property for the last 12 months or so across various areas of Melbourne, having dealt with some of the shadiest and most untrustworthy real estate agents, we settled on a property in Heathmont. David from Croydon Ray White was the listing agent. At the very first inspection he had quoted a low amount/guide which ended up being nowhere near the final selling price. This is done by many agents but most keep it low up until the auction. In the days leading up to taking offers David had advised the price guide had gone up with the number of interested buyers increasing. During this time, we felt extremely comfortable dealing with David and appreciated his honesty and professionalism. After settlement the vendor had left quite a bit of rubbish, a concern that had been raised 4 days prior but was assured it would all be removed even after mentioning to have another walk though. Aside from this David came across as very genuine, understanding, willing to assist and wasn't fixated on earning commission. When David wasn't able to answer or respond to messages straight away, we would receive a follow up within a reasonable timeframe. We would definitely be happy to go through David again to buy or even sell.
Dear Sir/ Madam, David has taken us through the detail and explained us very well about how contract process works. We also found him due diligent about organising inspection of the property as well respondent to over communication. We would like to see his same support through settlement.
Have come across David when I have been buying as well as engaging him for our sale. I simply liked him and the way in which he conducts himself in a market where there are so many agents who do not possess his integrity.
David is really good, very patient and nice. Easy to communicate. Excellent!
We highly recommend David Egan and his team at Ray White Croydon for anyone selling their home. He is a genuine down to earth guy who puts in a lot of time researching the marketplace, is extremely knowledgeable and presents his information based on the facts. He is easy to deal with and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. David and his team went above and beyond our expectations and we were absolutely ecstatic with the final outcome. A real Professional! Thanks again David!
