It has been nothing but a pleasure having David as our agent ,as it has been dealing with everyone at Ray White. Everything that David had told us has happened and we achieved a result above our expectations .A professional team that I would recommend.
To David Egan and staff, it was a delight to deal with Ray White Croydon. Your professionalism and communication were excellent, you kept us in the loop the whole way. We would highly recommend you to our friends and family. Thanks again. Jo
I found David warm, friendly and professional from our first meeting. I liked the fact that he did not 'put down' other real estate agents like some other agents that I met with. Davids experience and knowledge of the market was outstanding. He outlined a marketing plan for our property and step by step instructions to make it easy! I really liked the fact that I was able to text message, call or email him and he always replied promptly. His communication was excellent, I never had to 'chase' him. I felt very comfortable around David, and trusted him completely. David achieved the upper end of what we expected to get for our property in 12 days! An excellent result. I was extremely happy with David, and would recommend him to anyone selling a property in a heartbeat.
our review would be marked at a 10 in all 4 examples if i could get the appropriate star to work? Cheers Don.
For the past couple of years we have been looking to sell our home at 17 Mitchell court Croydon Nth, so therefore we have encountered many agents. Not one of those agents have impressed us as David Egan has. We found him to be extremely professional, knowledgable, reliable, with such an easy and relaxed personality. We would certainly recommend him with the greatest of confidence.
David was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had been looking for a property for well over 18 months and had met some "hard to deal with" agents. David was a breath of fresh air. He was genuine, kind and really had our best interests as well as the vendors. We feel he went out of his way just to make purchasing a house from him an easy one for us. We would highly recommend David to family and friends, whether they where purchasing or selling. Thanks again David.
David instilled confidence through the whole process. When I was unsure he was reassuring and professional. My kids looked forward to the our open houses for the treats for cleaning their rooms. David went the extra mile.
David achieved a fantastic result, way above our expectations in only a 2 week period. Even though David was outside of the Ringwood North area, we had a recommendation to use him and it definitely paid off. David gained four extremely good offers and his negotiation expertise ensured we received the best possible price. David was easy to deal with, we had regular communication to understand the progress with prospective buyers.
David Egan is knowledgeable of the market and also very personable and genuine - a pleasure to do business with. When vendors vacated early, David got in touch to let me know and we were able to arrange an earlier settlement - a real bonus. He is also a skilled negotiator, achieving outcomes agreeable to both vendor and purchaser.
David was great to deal with throughout the process of selling our home. He was very professional in his dealings and provided constant communication/feedback. We would highly recommend David to anyone considering selling their home.
David was a pleasure to deal with. He made the whole process easy and seamless, going above and beyond even after the Contract was signed and the deal finalised. Was very refreshing to deal with such a down to earth real estate agent. Would highly recommend David to anyone selling or purchasing a home.
