To me, David offered the complete package, his knowledge of the local area was very comforting. David is friendly, professional, reliable and a pleasure to deal with nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend trusting David to sell their property thank you

david is a great agent who are very helpful. He is professional and friendly. Im very happy to brought a nice home from him.

It took us 3 years of looking and making offers to finally buy our home. We meet many real estate agents, who were lovely, but no one compared to David. We immediately felt comfortable with him, he was very professional, but also down to earth, friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating. He would definitely be the first person I contact if we ever have any real estate needs and I would most definitely recommend him to others!

David has been very easy to deal with and has provided support even when unavailable, through his colleagues. I have been kept well informed during the settlement process. Thank you for your assistance in helping me purchase my new home.

Buying 18 Aintree Street was the worst experience in my 77 years. To be offered a house that had not been sub divided was an unforgivable act. Your agent was aware there was no separate title on the property and the title shown in the section 32 was defective and yet this was not disclosed to me before we signed the contract of sale.

David & the Ray White Croydon Team provided an efficient and professional service. Their standard Vendor reports were informative, accurate and always timely. Throughout the sales process we were able to access David, gain feedback and overall remain up to date. The sales result surpassed expectation and in part was due to the professional manner David and his Team approached the Sales and Marketing campaign.

David has proved again (now 3 times with us) that his market knowledge, combined with his experience, results in not only a successful sale of our latest property, but a deliberate & carefully designed sales process which yielded great results again. A pleasure dealing with such a professional

David was a great agent for us. Always prompt to reply and making himself available to tend to our house inspections requests. It was nice to be greeted with kind matter of fact approach and a smile.

We recently sold our home through David Egan of Ray White Croydon. David is an true professional and sold our home for a great price in only 13 days. David is honest, reliable, friendly, knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and we would highly recommend him to anyone selling their home. David was extremely helpful in organising our fathers unit to be sold, his professionalism and knowledge of the local market made the whole process painless.

David made buying a house an enjoyable experience. The whole process seemed simple and stress free. Everything was explained in normal terms. He was extremely helpful when it came to inspecting the property for a second time and helpful when organising our Pest and Building inspection. Very happy with all the interactions we have had with David. He definitely didn't come across "pushy" or "full of himself" as we had experienced with other real estate agents. Straight up guy. Would definitely recommend David to others and would use his services again if need be.

I would like to take the time to thank David for the time he put in to sell my mums property. In what was already a very difficult time david was very caring, considerate and compassionate during the process. David is an excellent asset to the the team at Ray White Croydon and I will be recommending in the future to anyone who asks for a referral real estate agent.
