David and his team at Belle Northbridge handled the sale of my deceased father's home on behalf of my sister and me during August/September 2017. From the outset David demonstrated empathy for our situation, combined with great professionalism. The house was a little "tired" to say the least, and David made recommendations for a series of internal and external works to improve the property's presentation. He then assembled a team of tradespeople, led by a co-ordinating builder, who undertook the works very promptly and within budget. As a result the appearance of the house was improved dramatically, and drew very favourable feedback from all who attended the inspections. I have no doubt that we received a handsome return on investment for these works, in terms of the sale price achieved. David proved to be a very good communicator, and kept us informed of progress all through the process. There was great transparency, in that the Belle team reported clearly and comprehensively on the progress of inspections and negotiations by interested parties. His advice during the final stages of the sale was calm and clear. The house sold for a figure towards the upper limit of our expectations. Overall the level of service was first rate - "above and beyond" in that during and even after the marketing campaign, right up to settlement, David would attend at the property to water the newly laid turf. I'm not sure any other agent would have done that. I highly recommend David and and the team at Belle Northbridge.
