I am delighted to provide a testimonial for David Forrester of Belle Northbridge. David was very proactive in selling my late mother's home. He gauged the type of prospective buyers and targeted the campaign to them. He actively sought a new buyer when the first was not willing to proceed and kept us informed regularly of the progress of the sale.David worked very hard to achieve a sale in a very difficult market.
David has been very professional and focus on our needs. He makes the process of buying a property very smooth and without stress. Very happy with his service. We recommend him without hesitation.
David sold our home in Willoughby right at the time the market turned in 2018. He was forthright, honest and great under pressure. Despite a declining market he achieved a result that met our expectations.
After many discussions with agents in Willoughby it was quite evident that David Forrester was our first choice to sell our home. David had outstanding knowledge of the market and he was a strong negotiator! He was also a great communicator both to the buyers and ourselves. We were also very grateful for David's support and patients as at times we found it very stressful. He was also always available to answer any of our questions. If you are selling your house there is only one agent you should engage and that is David Forrester! He will definitely achieve the best price for you!
We bought our property from David some years back. When it came to selling recently we made an easy choice based on our purchase experience. David’s communication with us throughout the sale was fantastic and in the lead up to going to market he was able to provide us with support to get those last minute property maintenance things done and the property ready for sale. His knowledge of the market and strategic advice was exceptional. We would highly recommend David and the Belle Property team !
David and the team worked hard to achieve a sale of our house at auction. He was readily contactable and always kept us up to speed with any negotiations.
David and his team were excellent in the process of selling our family home in every respect and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a real estate transaction
David was always courteous, provided a deep knowledge of the area and potential buyers for property type. Over a long period David maintained contact, and understanding our position only engaged a buyer when he felt the 2 parties where on the same page. He seems always at ease, firm though never pushy, making it easy to bring a transaction to completion
David's credibility and integrity are evident in every interaction and we had no doubts that he would represent us and our place extremely well. After a well executed campaign, David helped us find the right buyer...well done David and team! Cheers Steven and Adrienne
David Forrester and his team at Belle we’re so helpful throughout the whole process with the sale of our new home and we highly recommended them.
David answered our call to inspect a house at Northbridge last month. He was polite and courteous at all times. He took pains to understand our situation, to ensure that the house met all our needs. He offered to assist in arranging appropriate finance, but this was not necessary in our case All in all he ensured that the purchase proceeded in an expeditious and totally satisfactory way
