David, was very professional for our recent purchase , for a young gentleman David knows his stuff. From the first time my wife and meet David we were very impressed with his knowledge and understanding of our needs without forgetting those of the vendor. David has excellent communication skills,, with this the service we received from David was by far superior than another Real. Estate Agent we have ever dealt with, yes there has been many. Even after purchase of our new house, when we had questions for David, no matter what time it was, David did not hesitate to assist us by answering our concerns/ questions.
