David has a very good knowledge of real estate in the Northern Beaches. David told us how much our property would sell for and how long it would take, and the result exceeded our expectations. Furthermore he has an extensive list of tradies to prepare your property before it goes on the market. David returns every call promptly and comes with our recommendation.

Best out of 5 estate agents I tried. Excellent knowledge and planning which brought best results, trustworthy and hardworking

Excellent market knowledge, clear and timely communication and helpful with all aspects from contract through to settlement.

David exceeded my expectations with a quick and smooth sale and hassle free. A great communicator and he negotiated a very good price for me and a contract under 30 days. Thank you David for the perfect result. Highly recommend David to any seller or buyer.

David's communication and professionalism set him apart from the rest. David cares and has time for the people selling the property and who are buying. Throughout viewings, David got involved in my options for blinds and carpets and helped me get in touch with trades that I required. When buying a home, David is your man; Fun, respectful and down to earth. Thank you for everything, David!

We found David to be extremely attentive and helpful. Without his insight, we may not have proceeded with the pruchase. Thank you.

David assisted us with the sale of our property and helped with a smooth sale process. Not living locally made the sale process easy. I would definitely recommend David to sell or purchase your next home. Thanks Mathew

Avid has been great in helping to purchase our new house , nothing was ever to much with answering questions and meeting us to have another look at the house , we would definitely recommend David . Thankyou for your time .

David, Thank you for being so easy to deal with during our recent purchase

Great work from David. Very professional, honest and reliable. David gave us an honest appraisal and sold our house within timeframe. It was great working with David. Friendly and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Makes a stressful process easy!

David was excellent to deal with. We could not fault his professionalism and management of our purchase through to settlement, going “over and above” to help us out on many occasions. We would highly recommend David to anyone :)

We found David to be very accomodating and easy going. He had great knowledge, communication and was always so professional. It is a wonderful experience as buyers, to be able to deal with a real estate agent that isn’t pushy and in your face. David made the whole experience easy, with a wealth of knowledge within the industry. Looking after both the seller and buyer, it is a credit to David. Would highly recommend Cairns Beaches Realty and our dealings with buying our home. Thank you!
