David contacted me when I made a request to his real estate agency for a one bedroom unit with specific requirements at Trinity Beach. I wanted to get a pre-sale listing so that I had a chance of purchasing the unit. David answered every request I made professionally and quickly resulting in a great sale for me! Thank you David for great service.
David was a pleasure to deal with. His market knowledge is excellent, we trusted his advice and were impressed with the outcome. David was very professional and an excellent communicator. His agency also manages our rental and are always happy with their service. We would use David again for sales or rentals without hesitation.
We were recommended to contact David, through mutual friends. From our initial conversation, we felt extremely confident and comfortable with David’s approach. An agent that is familiar with our suburb is paramount in getting the best offer possible.
Working with David of Cairns Beaches Realty made selling my property easy. CBR had taken over the rental management in 2022 and due to their attention and management style, it was an obvious choice to have them initiate the pre-sale preparation, Marketing and subsequent sale. After taking on David's suggestions the property presented well and sold quickly. David's attention to detail and his prompt and clear responses to my phone calls and correspondence only added to the confidence I had already established. Our relationship was certainly professional and also at a business level which allowed transparency in all aspects of the sale. CBR's contracts were extremely clear and documents relating the Government bodies and local Council were efficiently handled by CBR. Property management and sales are often stressful but my recent sale only confirmed that dealing which the right professionals is the only way.
We can not praise and thank David and his team enough for help and support with not only looking after our property as property managers but with also the sale. They handled everything and got us a sale quickly and with more than we expected. Thank you Dave, we really appreciate everything you did
Good, reliable and honest service/sale. Can only recommend Real Estate Agent.
David’s market knowledge and professionalism was a great help in making our decision to purchase.
We did not wish for a billboard sign out the front or open homes and David understood and respected our reasons. This actually meant David had to work harder doing more individual inspections than he otherwise would have. At EVERY stage, David communicated openly and timely without sugar coating it to make us feel good. Without the slightest hesitation, we would highly recommend David for your Real Estate requirements at the Beaches.
I listed my property with David after a recommendation from a mate, and I can’t thank him enough! David and his colleague, Michael both kept me informed every step of the way, keeping my mind at ease throughout the whole process and finally achieving my desired price. If you’re looking for professional and courteous service without the pressure and hassles that are often involved with selling your property then look no further than Cairns Beaches Realty!
