After a 6 month property search we met a lot of agents and let’s just say, not all agents are created equal! From the minute we met David we enjoyed all of our interactions with him. He and Renee were helpful throughout the transaction and provided great insight to our new neighbourhood.
David was a pleasurer to deal with .All the information required was supplied in a professional and courteous manor .The auction was conducted extremely well and kicked off without delay . Well done to the entire team.
After many setbacks from potential buyers, David got it done for me. Definitely recommended.
I found David to be friendly, very helpful and straight forward, giving us direct and clear information regarding the property. As a first home buyer, the process is all new and David was very accommodating and patient in assisting in that. I also really appreciated the level of communication that we received throughout the whole process.
David was very ready and able to provide current market research and data that allowed us to understand the market value of our property. He and his team were able to provide assistance in the preparation and management of the property to allow us to be fully ready for the open houses and eventual auction. David was very positive and enthusiastic throughout the process and took a personal interest in the overall house sale. We would strongly recommend his services in and around the Bayside region due to his knowledge and ability in the real estate field.
Could not recommend David highly enough. Selling our home was a huge financial and emotional decision. From the moment we contacted David to sell our home his team worked seamlessly to relocate the tenants, develop the professional marketing campaign and keep us thoroughly informed through the whole process. He fought to get us the right price. Thank you, David and team!
We have just sold our third house through David and the Belle Manly Qld team. David is professional yet approachable and easy to talk to. His communication and work ethic are outstanding and he leads his team by the highest example. Thank you again for making this process so easy and hassle free!
David and the team were fantastic with helping us buy a property in Manly QLD while we were in NSW (during Covid). As we were unable to visit the property David and the team made it super easy to view remotely and organise everything - from recommending inspectors, conveyancers and local finance brokers. FANTASTIC experience end to end! Thank you
David, Kate and the team at Belle Manly work work effectively and efficiently together. David’s approach throughout the purchase was professional and he was always available to assist when required throughout the purchase. The finer detail like Kate meeting us at the property with the keys on the morning that we moved in helped make for a smooth transition into our new home. Thank-you for all of the assistance, it’s been greatly appreciated.
It was great to be able to buy through David and the Belle team. David and his team were easy to communicate with, easy to get in touch with and all staff at Belle were knowledgeable on the purchase.
David and his team were a pleasure to work with. They explained each step of the process in detail and made sure that everything ran smoothly throughout our campaign. David is very efficient, caring and professional in his dealings. We were pleased to be able to engage David to assist us with the Auction of our home and would warmly recommend him and his team to other potential vendors.
