The selling process was well organised, and I achieved a very quick sale considering the market conditions at the price I hoped for. Very happy! My only regret, was not reading the Form 6 sales contract more thoroughly, and not negotiating the commission fee up front, and possibly shopping around for a more competitive fee. Was quite a shock to see what 2.75% equated to when the sale was successful, on top of the advertising costs. Note to self for next time. Otherwise a positive experience, thank you Belle Manly.
