We have enjoyed David’s services both when buying and selling property we have thoroughly appreciated his customer focus, honest communication, knowledge base, attention to detail and personable nature. David and his team have been a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend them to others.

David was prompt to respond to any request and has a no nonsense attitude.

This is the second time David has sold a home for me. He is genuine, professional and a great negotiator The whole Belle team offered support above and beyond my expectations and I am very happy with the sale price achieved. Thank you David, Helen, Renee and kassia.

David was really professional and easily contactable throughout the whole process. He was transparent with us and helped guide us through purchasing our first home. Thanks David.

David and the team at Belle Property Manly have been very professional, knowledgeable and helpful with selling our Mum's property at Manly West. They implemented an effective marketing strategy that achieved an offer at the first open home.

David, Rebekah and the team were excellent to work with during the selling of our home. Selling our first home was little daunting at first but David guided us through with professional and trustworthy advice and made the experience a lot less stressful for us. The marketing team are to be commended also. David achieved a better than expected sale price after the first open home. We couldn't be happier with this result and would recommend David and the wonderful team to anyone buying or selling.

David and his team at Belle Manly are a very professional efficient unit. The selling process was well organised, and I achieved a very quick sale considering the market conditions at the price I hoped for. Very happy! My only regret, was not reading the Form 6 sales contract more thoroughly, and not negotiating the commission fee up front, and possibly shopping around for a more competitive fee. Was quite a shock to see what 2.75% equated to when the sale was successful, on top of the advertising costs. Note to self for next time. Otherwise a positive experience, thank you Belle Manly.

Selling at a very difficult time, Feb-March 2 020. David and his team were consummate professionals etc, always s on the ball and dup to date with what was happening. Sale went without a hitch as expected. No issues and a seamless process, well done to all.

David and his team have very open and consistent communication throughout the process. someone will provide an update after every open, call with any concerns or issues and send reminders of the next steps. David also ensures as owner/Director that he is still available and not palming the listing to juniors. I have enjoyed having Belle Manly as part of my team and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I had 2 sales with David. The first was a bit of a nightmare - contract signed but then the buyer threw up all sorts of hurdles. Throughout the ordeal David was absolutely professional and his communication with me was faultless. The second sale went like clockwork but his dedication to seeing the sale through was just as thorough as my first experience. I can highly recommend David.

So happy to be dealing with David. He has a great deal of knowledge in the area and his positive and professional attitude is truelly fantastic. Thank you David for a great experience and look forward to dealing with you again.

David was great to deal with from the start. Responsive to a property enquiry and inspection request even outside of business hours. Knowledge and familiarity of the local area was strong, and could recall previous clients and sales from years prior. Professionally managed the process around COVID restrictions, and the gift was a really nice touch!
