This is our fourth house sale/purchase with David and he and his team were helpful as always and got the job done in this end. Looking forward to working with him again on the next one - he has a great database and an intimate knowledge of the area. You will always get it sold with David

David was relaxed and easy to work with. A great experience buying my home through Belle.

From the very first meeting we found David Lazarus to be approachable, knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain our Selling Options in great detail to make a decision going forward. His honesty, knowledge of the market, and excellent track record in Sales helped make our decisions stress free. David has a very professional team who work in well together. Their attention to detail and communication skills are second to none. We would highly recommend David Lazarus and his team.

My wife and I purchased our first home which as you know can be a daunting task.. David was fantastic in helping me understand the process and providing information and following up with the seller with the numerous questions I had. Can't thank him enough!

After not only purchasing a property with David & this team they also sold our existing property. Having brought & sold within a few months, it was so quick and easy with Belle property with a fantastic result. Such a professional & caring team with fantastic communication.

It was such a pleasure to work with David and his amazing team. So professional, friendly & caring with great communication. It’s was nice knowing that David is a local himself with fantastic local knowledge and a passion for the community.

David and his team impressed us with their professional approach during the whole process. David showed substantial knowledge of the Manly market which gave us confidence we had the right team looking after our sale campaign. The Belle team had consistent reliable weekly communication with us, which was also a good sign that we had chosen the right agent.

David made the sale of our house easy and stress-free. We always knew what was happening and when. He was easy to talk to and gave good advice. He also went out of his way to help wherever he could. Highly recommend.

My experience with David was extremely positive. He was honest and helpful whilst maintaining continuous open communications. I would recommend him to family and friends

David and Rebecca were amazing. I expected this to be a massive stressful experience (where I would often feel dumb and way out of my depth) but the team at Belle Property were always relaxed, prepared, well-informed and incredibly communicative. They were able to offer me great advice and insight and connect me to people to help me get everything done. I was really happy with everyone they recommended and I found the whole experience working with them surprisingly calm. I'm still surprised that it wasn't more stressful (but I think that is a testament to David and his team more than anything). Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

This is our second house sold by David after relocating to the Sunshine Coast. We were impressed again with David and his team’s enthusiasm and local knowledge and the ability to get the deal done. Thanks again David

David, Renee and the team at Belle Manly were a pleasure to work with during the sale of our house. From the outset we found David and his team professional, friendly, communicative and efficient. The whole process was really well managed, we felt informed and included all the way and we were really happy with the outcome. We highly recommend David and his team and would gladly engage Belle Manly again.
