David was really good to deal with for our recent purchase. His extensive local knowledge was invaluable as we are moving from interstate and didn't know much about the area. He gave us great advice on local schools etc. He was also very open and transparent throughout the process which made us much more comfortable in progressing quickly with negotiating a final price and exchanging contracts. David was also very flexible in facilitating a remote initial inspection via my sister-in-law over FaceTime.
