I didn’t interact with David as he wasn’t the listing agent he did however find a buyer for my house within 10 days of listing!!
David worked hard & put in long hours to sell our house, I received emails &/or messages quite often at 10:30pm. We had an extended selling campaign due to the Xmas break, & because of that, we had many "open for inspections". David had to put up with my "grumbling" about having to repeatedly present the house for the inspections. His marketing must have worked well though because we had 3 times the normal number of groups through the house for the "open for inspections", which in turn created a lot of follow up work for him. David also went out of his way to get the sale finalised by convening a meeting to tidy away final details of the contract. I would have no hesitation in recommending David to anyone thinking of selling their house.
