Sold our house in a week for the price we wanted. David was straight up about what we needed to do to get the house for sale, the price range, and that he reckoned he could sell it in 2 weeks. With rising interest rates I thought "well that's a promise ....". We prepared the house for sale,as per Davids advice, and once the photos had been done David went hard and fast.
