David was a pleasure to do business with, treating both the seller and myself with the upmost respect and fairness. He went above and beyond my expectations to answer any of my questions and even approached the local council on my behalf to clarify queries. I will go out of my way in the future to make sure any further property purchases are handled by him only. Thankyou David for an incredible service.

David Parlour exhibited professionalism in executing the purchase deal, right from signing up an offer through to settlement. He was able to understand the buyer's situation and alternative arrangement to meet the sale process requirements, so that the settlement is not delayed or postponed. Thanks David for your help on selling our last apartment. Other agents had failed to sell the apartment over a few months. You stepped in and we had an offer and a sale in a couple of weeks. Great job, thanks, Bill
