#lack of communication - missed appointments, no information when someone else took over the property, messages not passed on or not responded to. #no follow up at any stage #one even though they had their name to the property, had never walked round it, and when asked various questions, had no idea, and didn't come back to me either # not fun to deal with at any stage in the process.
I have been involved in many property purchases over the years, and have therefore dealt with many agents. I both bought and sold this property through David Parry and can honestly say that both he and his organisation and staff maintain one the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Had the pleasure of dealing with David PARRY after we started looking to purchase a larger house. Spoke with David at one open home. Even though we didn't purchase that actual house, he asked us what specifically we were looking for and a few day later advised me of a property that would fit our needs (which it did perfectly). Did not seem pushy and was always professional. Prompt with phone calls and responses. No request seems too hard. Hey David, A big thank you for being such an amazing agent and just really a top bloke. As I am sure you might have picked up. I tend to get acute anxiety and so Dave and I have been aware that in order to sell and buy a new house it would probably take a bit of a toll on my health. So that's probably why we took so long finding a new house and buggering around. We both want you to know that from the moment you walked through our door we knew we would choose you. Your ability to be able to read us and know that we are casual people who don't mind a mid week beer told us you could undoubtedly also read potential buyers. It was all the small things which told us we could trust you to represent us in the best way possible. I was very hesitant about some ways which you advertise and wasn't really sure about a few things. But knowing you wanted to do the right thing by us allowed me to step back, listen to your strategy and allow you to just do your thing.
