I first met David when attending my very first property inspection for a new apartment. At the time I had no idea what to expect and David was very helpful. He wasn’t aggressive in his approach and he checked in a few days later to see if I was still interested in the property. Being it was my first inspection I held off on any decision. A few weeks later my partner went to visit the property and loved the apartment. David made himself available outside of regular inspection time to assist with our second inspection. He also stayed in contact and passed on our offer, keeping us up to date every step of the way!! When the offer was accepted David was really helpful with the purchase of the property. He was readily available to both my partner and I every step of the way. His associate Nicole was also amazing! She made herself available to visit the property during settlement and answered all the relevant questions to help with our purchase! On settlement Nicole was very helpful and also added to the excitement of purchasing our first home.
