We must have looked at in excess of 50+ houses and found that the majority of agents were quite pretentious, pushy and more concerned with their commission than actually listening to the prospective buyers. We were pleasantly surprised with David's down to earth, friendly and open manner with which he greeted us and patiently answered our questions. He took the time to provide feedback on a areas of concern and assisted us with any matters that required clarification. Even after the initial inspection, David made himself available to answer any and all queries that we had. I called David as I had seen his sale result on a nearby apartment. We discussed his methodology for the sale, and our plan to refurbish the unit prior to the sale. Once photographs were taken, the unit was listed on Realestate.com on the next day (Thursday) with an Open House on the Saturday.
