David is one of the energetic people I have met. His knowledge of the area in which I purchased (Woody Point) is remarkable. He is efficient, down to earth and full of humour, which all makes a trying exercise, like purchasing a new home, all the more easy. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending David to be your agent if you are thinking of selling.
David Sullivan was so great to deal with, right from start to finish. He sold my property in a few days. David's video by the water was a great touch, and demonstrated the lifestyle on the bay perfectly. I would highly recommend his service.
David assisted me all the way , My 1st buying experience in Brisbane was amazing because of David. David is knowledgeable, honest and a gem on a person. When I was worried and concerned about anything , David made sure I had facts in my hand and he really went beyond to cater to my time frame for communication. My questions were answered , calls and text were always returned on the same day. Thank you David for making the purchasing experience so smooth and pleasant. I would 110% recommend David to family and friends . I look forward to moving in to my new place and dealing with David in the future again and again.
