Easy to deal with great communication

David Sullivan has a very good reputation in my local area and he didn’t disappoint. Our property was sold for a great price after just one open house. David was friendly, efficient and easy to talk to and was more than happy to answer all my questions.

As our first time buying a house, David was excellent to communicate with. He took our calls after hours and answered our numerous questions and made us feel comfortable to ask things that we probably should have already known! David was very prompt with his communication to get the job done, and made us feel supported along the process. He was both easy going and professional. Once they were finished, we would have appreciated a few more phone calls, rather than text messages, from that point.
