The prospect of selling our family home, that our dad built in the late 1950’s was so daunting. Full of fear and trepidation. Then we met David!! He laid all our fears to rest, guided us through everything and dealt with the sale so professionally. Can’t thank him enough for what he did for us…. Would recommend him to anyone!!!!
Open house experiences interesting but happy with result.
Working with David was a fantastic experience from the very first contact right through to the end. He’s very down to earth and I genuinely felt he had the best interests at heart of both myself and the sellers throughout the entire process. He made the home-buying process feel smooth and stress-free. His clear communication and genuine approach gave me total confidence every step of the way. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and professional real estate agent.
He is knowledgeable, transparent and genuine. Easy to work with and accommodating. He answered all my questions and made sure everything was sorted.
David was great and easy to work with. He is very professional and passionate about his job with years of experience selling property. He is true to his word and will give you honest feedback about your property. Although he is very energetic, this should not be confused with trying to sell your property as soon as possible to make a quick buck. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to sell for a very good price and is new to selling property.
David was an absolute professional from start to finish. His communication was excellent at every stage of the process, keeping me informed and confident throughout. He put in a tremendous amount of effort preparing and running the open homes, ensuring everything was presented perfectly to potential buyers. He made selling my property incredibly easy and stress-free, handling everything smoothly and efficiently. I highly recommend David to anyone looking to sell, he truly goes above and beyond.
He knows the property, its sorroundings and the house features very well and communicated it to me thoroughly as what you would expect from an agent.
David was really warm and welcoming from inquiry stage until the end. As a first home buyer, it was nerve-wracking and I didn't know what to expect but David helped and guided us along the way. Such a great guy and an amazing agent!
David was pleasant to deal with, responded to messages promptly, a good and honest communicator, and very straight forward in his approach to property dealings.
Our sale was pleasantly easy, David has good energy and is very enthusiastic about providing the best service and experience for his clients. David is grounded and has accurate knowledge in the market which helped with our expectations and success.
David was great! He guided me through the process of selling my property. HIs knowledge of the area was first class, regularly kept me updated with how the inspections had gone and we have achieved a very satisfying outcome, thanks David
