David was really wonderful. This was a difficult sale for my sister and I and we were quite apprehensive about engaging an agent as we have had negative experiences with sales agents in the past. David's communication was excellent, he was only ever a text away for our questions and he was honest and up-front from the outset about the value of the property and the sales processes. We wanted to find the right buyer for our house without all the tricks and mind-games and David kept everything smooth and fuss-free and found someone to love the property, just as we asked.
