David Treloar holds an integral role as selling Principal, for Ray White Albion. With an in-depth understanding of what it takes to lead and guide the success of the Ray White Albion sales team, David’s focus is on mentoring, coaching and enhancing the performance of the team as a whole, as well developing the individual capabilities of Sales Consultants. He also works closely with clients to ensure that service and satisfaction levels are maintained to the highest of standards across the sales process and business.
Hand picked by, and working closely with Dwight Ferguson (Principal at Ray White Ascot) David sees his role as supporting and implementing the vision that Dwight holds for the office in maintaining their industry leading position and superior levels of customer service. He also has a genuine desire to work closely with Sales Consultants to enhance and increase their own opportunities and maximize the potential of each and every member within the team.
David has a string of successes to his name and some of the highlights of his career to date include; being a four time finalist in the REIQ Auctioneer of the Year Awards; as well as being part of the management team at Ray White Ascot which is number one Brisbane office, number two Queensland office and is ranked in the top three Ray White offices internationally.
