David gave us realistic and timely advice about preparation and presentation, important for us as we were interstate and overseas throughout the process. He checked in regularly with us and provided connections for marketing, legal work, building and pest inspections. He FaceTimed with us for a house inspection once the tenants exited as well as during the auction. We were supported right through to settlement.
