As we got near to the execution of sale of our property, we had a few choices of real estate agents to sell the property, I must admit at a comparatively lower cost. Couple of these agents were pursuing us for a while, however, we were thinking of making our own choice by comparing the credentials of various agents belonging to the suburb we live in. Downsizing wasn't high on our agenda when a family member was shown a potential property for us to view upon returning from holidays.
