For some reason we ended up interviewing seven agents (not intentionally) for the sale of the property. Between the seven you had old school, very old school, some very enthusiastic people, some very committed and full rounded salespeople. We have good word of at least 3 of these in different ways BUT David just came off the square, empty handed on the interview (as he interrupted his holidays to be able to meet us) he delivered an impressive performance which he maintained all the way through. Most certainly, if somebody is with the times, which is more than just knowing the market and knowing how to sale, it is David Walker. We may even say a bit ahead of the times too. He got us the price we wanted even though the market was slightly trending down from last year. Highly recommended!
