After a terrible experience trying to sell our property with another agency in Ballarat we were contacted by Dean to see how things were given we had the property on the market still after 2 mths. Jaded by the process we felt we had nothing to lose. Thank goodness we did! Dean was perfect and understood our needs and wants entirely. Dean was pleasant &" professional from the start. As purchasers from Melbourne & therefore not being knowledgable with who to use for conveyancing he recommended to use Ballarat Coveyancing, which we did & they have been great to deal with. Property purchased as investment & was currently being rented, therefore Dean contacted the property manager who has also been extremely helpful. Dean has done his utmost to ensure we are aware of what is happening & work around our time of being in Ballarat which has helped to make the transition run as smooth as possible. I would recommend Dean for any future vendor or purchaser & when we are looking to sell will be requesting him.
