Dean knew the market well , had a data base from other marketing campaigns , and negotiated a settlement in the promised time frame .He communicated regularly and explained the suggested sales process and progress throughout the whole listing . His advice along the way was knowledgeable and reassuring , I felt that he handled the sale extremely well .
Dean (and Neil) knew my parents for many years and it was this relationship that influenced our selection for an agent. I worked with Dean on the sale of two properties within Elanora over a six month period. First National were very clear on the local market and the costs involved. The first property was put on the market in mid January. Within two weeks we had an offer that was higher than any other historically in the complex and the unit was settled in early March. The second property was a harder sell due to a softer market, yet Dean managed to achieve a price that was higher than recent comparable sales in the immediate, surrounding area.
