I worked with Dean on the sale of two properties within Elanora over a six month period. First National were very clear on the local market and the costs involved. The first property was put on the market in mid January. Within two weeks we had an offer that was higher than any other historically in the complex and the unit was settled in early March. Dean handled the sale of a family members house. Communication with Dean was great through the whole process (This was largely done via email and over the phone as I don't live in the area). We received a more than reasonable price and would highly recommend their services.
