Dean was excellent from start to finish, Dean took the time to provide feedback on all prospective buyers, and he followed up with the interested buyers. Dean provided a good amount of time when advising us of open houses and always rang after the open house and provided us with the feedback from each person who came through the home. The reason for the quick sale was that Dean followed up with a potential very interested buyers and his commitment was the driving factor in the sale.
