Debbie was easy to work with. She was not pushy and generally said it like it was, but was also consistent and patient. She always gave good quick responses to all sorts of queries and was willing to do many extra things to make it easy to complete the deal. I was not in the state during the final negotiations and settlement period, so Debbie offered to do many extra things not usually required of an agent to make my part of the settlement smooth. So I would like to thank her for those extra things.
