When I first showed interest in the house, I Googled Demelza to see who we were "up against". She had unreal reviews from all her sellers, that honestly, it worried me as the buyer. Her reviews show that she is a 5/5 seller and as a buyer, it didn't look good. But when I met her, I realised she was just your everyday chick, making a living doing what she loves and doing it seriously well. She wasn't your typical, blatantly see-through agent. She was just a rad human, selling a beautiful home. She didn't push or get snarky us, which seemed to be the comical mainstream for agents. My wife and I just laughed at those agents, who must think it's still 1990. I've met at least 50 real estate agents now, and I've only ever met 2 that I would hire for myself. Demelza being one of them. If I could give one piece of advice from my own personal experiences, it would be to avoid those 1990, mainstream styled real estate agents. Go new age, no hidden information chicks. Stress free, factual, truthful and of course, does her job 10/10, for both sides. Of course she works for the seller, but she definitely made us feel like she was putting her arm out for us too.
