I have dealt with Demelza both as a buyer and a seller. That is why I believe she is a great real estate agent that you should give her a chance. My first experience was as a buyer. She is willing to go the extra mile to seal the deal for you. She also negotiate hard of behalf on you. In my experience, we signed the first offer at around 6pm, counter a new offer at 8pm and she sealed the purchase at 11pm. All on the same night. This is still my current house after 4 years. The next experience was as a seller. I had a investment property that was not in the local area (@Riverview, 15 min drive on the highway). I just told her the price that I could accept and let her do the rest. She brought to me a offer that was from heaven, really I have not seen a offer this good for this area. Without a doubt, I sold the property and it improved my financial situation greatly. I would recommend Demelza to anyone if they asked me for an agent!
