Denise did an awesome job selling our house she was very professional and worked really hard to sell it in the first day for full price before the first open house. I would happily recommend Denise and her team to anyone thinking of selling their house they are fully focused on getting the best result for the customer.

My experience with Denise was, I saw a property just listed for a good price and I put an offer in at asking price which another gentlemen had done the same, the vendors ( an older couple ) who wanted a quick settlement as the husband was quite sick asked to make it whoever exchanged contracts first would be successful, my finance came through at the time the husband became gravely ill and they withdrew the property ( I had put deposit in ) ... sadly the husband passed away ... Denise had promised to contact me first if the property went on the market again and give me first option. With the vendors consent Denise contacted me to say the vendor had been made an offer but gave me the right of first refusal ... I have purchased the property now and throughout the whole process Denise and acted with empathy, , sensitivity, professionalism but most of all integrity and I would absolutely recommend her.
