We asked Denise at Raine & Horne for an appraisal, informing her that we were no certain we wanted to sell. She gave us an appraisal and was very insistant that there was no obligation on our part. Once we decided that we did, indeed want to sell Denise and her team went to work immediately to ensure that our house received the right amount of exposure within the local and on-line buying community. Within about 2 weeks, Denise and her team had encouraged and received , what I believe, to be the best possible offer imagineable. Although settlement took a little longer than is normal, I believe the banking Royal Commission played a big part in the delay.
