When I asked Denise to sell my property without much hype or marketing she advised she had someone in mind who would be interested (we've all heard it before.....) she showed the prospective person through with no marketing and that person bought the house... no fuss... no endless showings or open houses. These rating sites are really skewed as no bad reviews are allowed but luckily that was not necessary. I would use Denise again.
