Denise was extremely helpful arranging my inspection of a unit in Waratah Place. My only disappointment was to find out a couple of days later, when talking to the rental manager at the R & H office, that a unit closer to the surf beach and for only about $70K more, was sold the afternoon after I had inspected the Waratah Place unit. If I had been shown that unit, I probably would have upgraded what I was prepared to spend, and bought the one closer to the beach. I was shown another unit fairly close to the one I bought, but the untidy appearance from the street was off-putting. In todays market, I think it would be realistic to be shown, or told about, a unit that is less than $100k more than the one which generated an enquiry. I am only mentioning this because I was disappointed to have missed out on what might have been a better investment.
